Cheese, in moderation, is a great snack that instantly kills hunger and builds muscle.  A Danish study reports that a moderate, daily dose won’t raise cholesterol.  Full fat cheeses taste better and they keep you satisfied longer than the reduced fat versions.  Just limit your cheese intake to once per day, according to Alan Aragon (a Men’s Health nutrition advisor).
